AQAS itself is an international accreditation agency that assesses the quality standards of universities in the world based on European Higher Education Standards (EHEA). AQAS international accreditation is based on the “Quality Assurance Standards and Guidelines in the European Higher Education Area” (ESG) as a general standard for internal and external quality assurance in learning and teaching. The Department of Educational Curriculum and Technology is one of the majors proposing AQAS from several existing departments and study programs recommended by Padang State University.
