Faculty of Education UNP Education Technology Study Program together with 5 other study programs that are members of the education cluster are currently struggling to prepare a Self Evaluation Report (SER) as part of the effort to meet the need for international accreditation from the Agency for Quality Assurance by Accreditation of Study (AQAS), which is an independent institution that guarantees the quality of study programs.
Preparation for composing of SER took place at the UNP Painan Campus, Pesisir Selatan for 1 week from January 16-22 2021, which is attended by 10 lecturers who were members of the Taskforce Team.
AQAS accreditation is a prestigious accreditation that many study programs are targeting to gain international recognition. Several sections are considered in the AQAS are a curriculum that is based on OBE, the enhancement quality of laboratories, and the quality of public information.
Head of Educational Technology Study Program, Dr. Abna Hidayati, M.Pd stated that her party is committed and earnest to preparing for the accreditation. “We optimize all potentials to prepare for the accreditation and UNP continues to improve the quality and learning facilities in Study Programs.”
Educational Technology Study Program has the main profile as a developer of educational technology who has the competence as a developer of learning content, curriculum, multimedia, and designer of learning resources.
